Before you order
How do I place a bulk order?
Send us the product codes and quantities on WhatsApp or through the form on this page. We confirm availability, rate and packing, and then process the order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Most items are sold by the carton, and the inner / outer packing is listed on each product page. Where a product is marked as loose, smaller quantities are possible - ask us for details.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order is billed with a GST invoice. HSN codes for the catalogue are listed on our HS Codes page.
Do you deliver to my city?
Share your delivery location and we will confirm the transport options and freight before you place the order.
Can I get the price list as a PDF?
Yes - use the "Catalogue" button at the top of any page to download the full product catalogue with rates and packing.
What if goods arrive damaged?
Send us photos on WhatsApp as soon as you receive the consignment and we will work with you to resolve it.
